Problems with our Site?

Why the Group Sheet (containing Result of Analysis) and ALL Charts are same as Previous day? 
We sincerely hope that you do not find our site in this situation too often (it has not happened yet), but it can happen and we thought you might like to know why (in advance)? Before the site is updated daily, the following stages must all work properly:-

1.  We must wait until the closing prices are available, preferably from more than one source so that we can compare the prices before updating our data files.

2.  Our computer system then analyses each and every stock in a group, before selecting 3% from that group. 

3.  A detailed data sheet and 14 charts are then prepared for each selected stock (a total of 150 files for each group).

4.  Internet Connection to this site must be working properly.

5.  The computers that 'host' this site must be working properly.

6.  Our site itself must be working properly. 

7.  We can publish to our site

8.  For each group, 150 files are then transferred (published) from our computers to this site. 


So What Could go Wrong? 
If there is a problem at Stage1, the procedure we follow is as stated in the 'Terms & Conditions' page. 

If there is a problem at Stages 1, 2 or 3, we will display a message below provided there is no problem with Stages 4 to 7.

If there is a problem at Stages 4, 5, 6 or 7, most probably we will not be able to display a message below.

If there is a problem at Stage 8, we may or may not be able to display a message below.

Our analysis and preparation of charts (Stages 1 to 3) and site publishing (Stage 8) are entirely carried out during the hours of late evening and well past midnight. 

Thus, if there is a problem at any stage that requires us to contact other companies we have no choice but to wait for the following morning, particularly at Stages 5 to 7 over which we have no control. 

So if you do not see a message below and the Group Sheet and ALL Charts are same as previous day for a group that you have subscribed for, please read the above (again) and accept our apologies in advance.
